This is the first of my daily blog posts whilst out in Mallorca for the Ironman 70.3 Mallorca race. Today was a bit of a messy day with travelling, getting all of the admin stuff done and settling into the hotel.

This is my recap of my time at Ironman 70.3 Staffordshire. This was my first middle distance triathlon and first Ironman event, I was using this race as a bridge between the sprint distance and full Ironman which I am taking on next month.
After a successful year of running in 2017, it is that time of the year when we put our thinking caps on and decide what we want to achieve in the coming year and set steps to get there. These are my goals for 2018.
