We move to the half way point in my 20 week plan and I am really pleased with how this plan is working for me. I think I have come on well since Paris and looking forward to running Berlin with a good solid block of training behind me. Have a read to see how the next 2 weeks went and see what I got up to.

Another week, another 10k and another PB. Running closer to home this week in the Alderley Edge 10k, the weather conditions were a little warmer and a little breezy but the course looked pretty flat.
So we move on to week 8 & 9 of the training plan. Where has that time gone! almost half way through to Berlin. After a mixed couple of weeks I am hoping to get back on track now and get this training done right.
My latest attempt at beating my 10k PB set back in February. This is a flat course, the weather was perfect, everything was set for a good race. Then I took a tumble on Thursday so how did things go during the race??
