You may or may not already know that I am going to be running the Virgin London Marathon in 2018 and running for the British Heart Foundation. I thought I would write a quick blog on my reasons why I am running for the BHF and the target I have now set myself.

The final two weeks of marathon training before running the New York Marathon on the 5th November. A training plan which pretty much started on the 27th December 2016, but the majority of the training began after the Paris Marathon in April. Just four weeks left until it is marathon day, my forth marathon of 2017 and possibly the biggest race of my life. I spent week 3 out in Arizona cycling 313 miles into Las Vegas, but have a read how week 4 went once I got back running in the UK.
