With the Manchester marathon now 1 week away, these are my thoughts on race day and a rough idea of what I will be attempting to run. That said, I did have a plan for Tokyo but ended up running 15 mins faster than my wildest dreams.
Another 12 months of running, swimming, riding and racing is done. These are my thoughts looking back at each month of 2018. A year which saw me complete two Ironman events, run half marathon and marathon PB's and record my biggest year in swimming, biking and running.
Now that Ironman is in the past it is time to get cracking with marathon training once again. My two autumn marathons in Chicago and New York City are fast approaching and I have some BIG goals to hit this year.
