We move to the half way point in my 20 week plan and I am really pleased with how this plan is working for me. I think I have come on well since Paris and looking forward to running Berlin with a good solid block of training behind me. Have a read to see how the next 2 weeks went and see what I got up to.

So we move on to week 8 & 9 of the training plan. Where has that time gone! almost half way through to Berlin. After a mixed couple of weeks I am hoping to get back on track now and get this training done right.
Now 7 weeks into my Berlin training plan, how are things going? these 2 weeks could not be more different. From the success of the Potters 'arf in week 6 to struggling with illness and motivation in week 7. This was the point in my Paris training where I got injured, will history repeat itself again now or have I learnt my lesson and not doing too much too soon?
Week 4 and week 5 of my Berlin training plan are probably two of the toughest I have, one week containing a marathon, the other that post marathon week. Can I run after a marathon? did I do too much before the marathon? have a read to find out.
