This is the story of my comeback race, the first race since I sustained a serious injury putting me out for most of the summer. How will I get on coming back from an injury, will my body still be able to do it?
This is my third 10k and forth race of 2019. So far, I have ran a PB in every race this year, in fact, I have PB's my last 5 races dating back to my failure in Chicago. Can I continue that streak today? can I run a sub 37 10k? will I cramp up and injure myself like I did here last year, hopefully not.....

This is my recap of January RunThroughUK Tatton Park 10k. The first race of the year and time to get a good baseline and something to build on during 2019. Maybe even sneak a PB or even a sub 40.
The second race of the day and the second time I have ran the Great Manchester 10k. Two years ago this was my very first race, I turned up with probably 5 training runs under my belt and never ran the distance before. This time around I was turning up having ran a half marathon PB in the morning over in Liverpool and over 2,500 miles of running in the legs.
why did I decide to start running? what was my motivation and end goal from this. Kind of a constant moving goal and target but read on to see why first decided to put on my running shoes.
This was my first race of 2018 and the first race since the ROCK n ROLL LAS VEGAS MARATHON in November. A slight come down from New York and Las Vegas to Kidsgrove, but these smaller local races are what make this running community and you have to support you local clubs.
