This is a brief description on why I chose not to run the Manchester marathon last weekend.
Now that Tokyo is done and my marathon goal totally smashed it is time to fully focus on Ironman 70.3 Mallorca. The plan is to increase the bike mileage and intensity and build up the swimming whilst reducing the amount of running in comparison to recent weeks.
